PUBLIC NOTICE

In compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, the Raritan Borough Mayor and Council, County of Somerset, hereby announces a “Special Executive Meeting” will be held in the Borough of Raritan, July 17th, 2008 at 7:00 PM, in the Raritan Borough Council Chambers, at 22 First Street, Raritan, NJ, for the purpose of discussing Personnel, Code Officials. Formal action may or may not be taken. This meeting is NOT open to the public.

2nd Annual Beautiful & Bountiful Garden Contest

Announcing  the 2nd annual Raritan Borough Environmental Commission Beautiful & Bountiful Garden Contest. There are three categories of gardens: “Beautiful” for flower gardens, “Bountiful” for  vegetable gardens, and “Organic” for flowers or vegetables.

Judging for flowers begins mid-June; judging for vegetables begins mid-August. Prizes will be awarded in early September.
