BOROUGH OF RARITAN NOTICE OF ORDINANCE 2012-01 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2012 EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE BY AMENDING CHAPTER 56A OF THE RARITAN BOROUGH CODE BOROUGH OF RARITAN This Ordinance was called for second reading, public hearing and finally adopted by the Council of the Borough of Raritan at a regular and duly convened meeting held on Tuesday, February 28, 2012. BOROUGH OF RARITAN NOTICE OF ORDINANCE 2012-03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RARITAN BOROUGH CODE BY REPEALING CHAPTER 51 AND REPLACING IT WITH A NEW CHAPTER 51 ENTITLED “PUBLIC PARKS” The purpose of this ordinance is for the protection, regulation and control of public parks owned and operated by the Borough of Raritan including driveways, sidewalks, paths, parking lots, buildings and all facilities. The Ordinance published herewith was introduced and passed upon first reading at a Regular Meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Raritan, New Jersey, held on Tuesday, February 28, 2012. BOROUGH OF RARITAN NOTICE OF ORDINANCE 2012-01 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2012 EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE BY AMENDING CHAPTER 56A OF THE RARITAN BOROUGH CODE The purpose of this ordinance is to adopt the “International Property Maintenance Code”, 2012 edition, as published by the International Code Council, as the Property Maintenance Code of the Borough for regulating and governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures and providing the standards for supplied utilities and facilities and other physical things and conditions essential to ensure that structures are safe, sanitary and fit for occupation and use. The Ordinance published herewith was introduced and passed upon first reading at a Regular Meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Raritan, New Jersey, held on Tuesday, January 24, 2012.
