The Department of Administration coordinates and supervises department-wide, the policies and procedures established by the Raritan Borough Mayor and Council and the State of New Jersey. The Department makes Municipal Budget recommendations and continually analyzes the financial operations of the Borough. The Department may address problems and complaints unresolved at the Department Head level.
