BOROUGH OF RARITAN
PLANNING BOARD
AMENDMENT TO MASTER PLAN ELEMENT
ADOPTION OF MASTER PLAN RE-EXAMINATION
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Borough of Raritan Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 6:30 PM, in the Municipal Courtroom located at 9 West Somerset Street, Raritan, N.J. 08869, to hear public comment upon and consider the adoption of a periodic master plan re-examination report pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-89. In addition to considering the adoption of a periodic master plan re-examination report, the Board will also hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of an amended version of its Fourth Round HOUSING ELEMENT AND FAIR SHARE PLAN and all associated maps and attachments connected thereto pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et. seq. The Board is expected to take action at the conclusion of
both hearings.
The re-examination report and the Plan amendment and attachments are freely available and can be found by the public during regular business hours in the Planning & Zoning Office in Borough Hall at 9 West Somerset Street, Raritan, N.J. 08869. Any interested party may attend the public hearing and participate pursuant to the rules of the Board. This notice is provided pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13.
