Senior Fitness Classes – Free April Series
Posted March 23, 2026Raritan Recreation is partnering with the YMCA to offer Senior Fitness Classes every Monday in April. Classes will be held at Borough Hall’s Community Room from 10:00–11:00 a.m. This is a great opportunity to stay active, improve mobility, and enjoy a welcoming group setting.
April Class Schedule (Mondays 10:00-11:00AM)
- April 6 – Dance Fitness
Join instructor Denel for stretching and movement. - April 13 – Chair Yoga
Take a seat and stretch with Sabah. - April 20 – Senior Strength Training
Strength training with Denel to help you stay active and strong. - April 27 – Zumba Gold
Get moving with Adrianna—a fun, low-impact class to energize your day.
