REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/LETTER OF INTEREST:
MUNICIPAL PROSECUTOR
The Borough of Raritan is soliciting qualifications and letters of interest for the professional service of Municipal Prosecutor for the year 2014.
Résumés of all professionals and staff are required in the response for review by the Borough Council and staff. The firms billing rates should be included in the submission.
Awardees for "non fair and open" contract agreement must certify that they have not made reportable contributions under the Pay-To-Play law to ensure that no prohibited contributions were made to the political committees of the local unit (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 and/or N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5) and to disclose the vendor’s broader candidate contributions as defined by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.26.
DATE OF RECEIPT: January 3, 2014 at 10:00 AM
Nine (9) copies of your submission will be received by the Purchasing Agent, at the Borough of Raritan Municipal Building, 22 First Street, Raritan, NJ 08869. Firms need not be present and may mail or deliver proposal package to the attention of Daniel Jaxel, Borough Administrator at the above address prior to date and time of above. The sealed envelope should be clearly marked “RFQ: Municipal Prosecutor”.
